I finally received my code for Halo Insider but every time I try to run it it starts to turn on and in a moment it falls to the desktop, does anyone know what to do with it? I got it on Steam and i have GPU GTX1070, did someone hawe same issue?

Same to me, i already tried to verify the files too but it doesn’t work

Do you have any Razer apps or integrated peripherals?
Disable them one by one.

I also turned steam overlay off.

Is it possible that the error could be in the processor? I have Ryzen 3 and the specifications say that at least Ryzen 5, but also a lot of other games that I own and still work.

I have exactly the same problem…
Starting it up on steam and then after max 10 sec it shutsdown…

I’ve discovered that you can launch the game via the file name called game release.
The game launches without crashing.

I have a ryzen 5600 so it might be AMD cpus in general idk.

I have a Ryzen 7 2700 and a 2060 with 16gb of ram. This happened last flight too. I am so tired of trying to get this game to work. I submitted a ticket earlier about this issue. I also submitted a ticket last flight about this same issue. Still yet to even get into a menu. Tried every “fix” suggested but nothing works.

I’ve tried it, the game still crashes for me.
