So I know there is a forum post section but this will be based on what I think that I hope to in Infinite on release when ever the date comes. So the modes I hope to see are ranging from top to bottom
- Campaign (Which we already know that will be in it lol) - custom games (Know that will happen) - Forge (hopefully) - Theater (Hopefully to be use in Campaign as well) - Classic game modes (Like Invasion if playable elites come back. Like how we kept asking 343 to bring back the flood and they did for Halo wars 2) - Spartan ops (Really hope cause I think it would be good for a season 2 if spartan ops season 1 did well back in halo 4) - Warzone (Not really a fan with the normal mode but If they make the makes kinda more spaced out like somewhat like battlefield it would be actually better instead of being camped left and right) - Firefight (Would really love it to have some maps to be like a 4 player style, some 8 and 12 player style especially for big fire fight maps, plus make it as well were we can try to see how many rounds we can get like odst and reach and bring back the custom game firefight)Customization:
We already know that Infinite customization will be like somewhat how reach will be but just want to add some customization option that they should try
- Fire fight voices (If firefight comes back they should have some voices we could select for firefight like how reach had) - A custom color picker (You know some of the games where they have the option to pick a custom color that you are looking for and how light or dark you want it? Well thats what I’m suggesting for armor color, visor and something else I’ll be suggesting) - Armor lights (You know the light on the armor? Hopefully we can pick what color we want the lights on the armor) - (Um this might be dumb and sound like a destiny, gta and any other game that does this if there will be like a social map and etc in the scenario) Facial customization for both genders (I figure if there was gonna be like a social map or something like destiny, anthem and etc figure it would be cool if I spartan can walk around in the social area optional with out there helmet on)Thats bout it enjoy your day or night
Consolidation for base game modes would work best but having different defaults would be great. Kind of how 343 combined the “Ball” modes into one gametypes, but had options that made it to where Assault, Oddball, Grifball, and Ricochet all could be made from those settings. 343 needs to do the same with Control gametypes like Strongholds, Territories, King of the Hill, etc.
I just don’t wanna see 3 gametypes total when the game releases. Halo 5 was awful at launch because everything got stale so fast.
