These were some ideas floating around in my head as an idea after seeing the most recent addition on the forums surrounding the warzone turbo game types. If they are able to do this, I wonder how much more variety 343 is capable of making, so think away people.
Warzone Dominion:
If you ever played Halo 4, one of the best features of the game was the introduction to the Dominion game type, where holding down the bases not only meant earning more points, but it rewarded their ability to defend it in the form of weapon and vehicles being dropped. That is not to say that REQs won’t be included, but it will definitely help give more incentive to actively defend their bases and capturing them. Of course, this means we would need auto turrets in the game too, or even anti-vehicular weapons turrets too so people cannot simply charge in.
Warzone Full House:
This is more like a Free REQ scenario, where upon clearing out and capturing your first base, all players will have the option where they can, even if they don’t have the certifications, they would be able to use any and all REQ items once in their respective category. This would mean that if there was a time that you wanted to try out the Prophets bane, then this will be the playlist for you. But there is a catch to the madness, as you would not be able to use any of the other sword category for the rest of the game, even if you have the actual cards, so only use them if you really need them. Of course you still need to get to the REQ level in order to use these items, but being able to have that free use of the items in question is a pretty good incentive.
Full House sounds confusing

Full House is a gametype where if you use a certain kind of REQ card and you don’t have a card for it afterwards, you will be locked out from using it for the rest of the game. Say you use the Nornfang, but you don’t have the card or its certification, well, the game gives you the chance to use the item so you can get more experience once you do, but you won’t be able to use any of the Sniper rifles for the rest of the game.

My idea for a warzone mode was every one starts at req level 9 but as you play your req level decreases so the stronger the player you are the lower your req level will be. I call it Reverse Warzone.

I could actually see that as being interesting, since if you are a good player, you won’t need all the high end gear. I’m not entirely sure though how it would affect the Loadout weapons.

lol, I could see it being chaotic too, as people will be scampering around in oni Tanks, Ultra Banshees and Phaetons. Plenty of fodder for the Splaser and Rockets.

Maybe they could stop the decrease at level 3 or 4 so you have a decant loadout with at least a br and smg

Or the REQ level won’t affect loadout weapons, just the power weapons, boosts, and vehicles.
I miss Dominion. It was a really fun gamemode to play in the beginning.

This was one of the best gametypes 343 ever thought up. Why it was not added into 5 is a mystery.
