Game missing in history

Recently completed a lightning flag game where I got my first Halo 4 exterm. Wanted to see it on Waypoint medals list, and to my surprise it shows that I had not earned and extermination medal. Looked for the game in my game history and it wasn’t there. I completed the game and was in the post game lobby, then exited the lobby. I did join the game in progress, early on.

It’s just a virtual medal, but I’m perturbed that it’s not showing up. Anyone else experiencing this?

Sometimes it doesn’t update automatically. Try playing some more games and see if it pops up.

Yea I have games disappear all the time, almost as annoying as all the DNFs I get from black screens that make the game explode and send me to the lobby without my party.
