I leveled up 4 times and my level never went up but I got the packs for leveling up I used rare xp packs and I’m a little upset that they were pretty much a waste since my level didn’t go up but I got the packs.

So you got the promotion packs but the number indicating your level hasn’t changed? This is probably a syncing issue so it might be worth checking your level on Waypoint to see if that has gone up just in case it is.
It didn’t go up and I just played today and leveled up 3 times and was about to level up a 4th time then the experience bar dropped to empty and then my experience bar won’t go up and I should of leveled up the 4th time and its just not going up.
I’m having this issue too. XP bar won’t show.
What do you do to fix it?
Assuming you’re experiencing a profile sync error, try these options:
- Hard reset of your Xbox (hold down the power button on the console itself) - Disconnecting and reconnecting to your internet - Clearing your alternate MAC address in your console’s advanced network settings - Restarting your internet router
