They said there are no preorder codes for the game when I collected it instore, even though it was advertised on their website.
This is an outrage!

I collected it on the 1st day it was out as well.
The staff probably kept the codes to themselves!

I talked to two of the staff and they both denied it.

I’m sorry, I didn’t realize this was GAME’s forum? Pre-orders are stupid. No one here cares. And besides, most of us live in places that don’t even have GAME.

Most of my friends had this problem, I almost did! you should have just stood your ground and demanded that they give you one or money off.
I had to wait an extra 30 minutes while waiting to find out they had given my LE preorder to a guy 3 places in front of me… Had one of the staff give up there LE just to get me out of the store (BTW they are NOT allowed to preorder from the store they work in) Also you should have gotten a goody bag from them aswell which consists of a Halo 4 poster, Energy sword pen, UNSC keychain and a Halo 4 steelbook
GAME has always been the worst out of all the video game retailers in the UK, Their staff are usually people who have no idea what they are selling, What offers they have going on or what ones have ended.
