I got halo master chief collection on steam and it’s been working for a while now i’m getting problems launching the game once i launch the game it show the 343 industries logo cut scene then just a black screen no background sound or anything and my cursor is just a regular white cursor not the one once your on the main menu. I’ve tried reinstalling twice and i still get the same problem. and i looked into my task manager and it said my halo game wasn’t responding. is there a folder i need to get rid of or what?

If you are on Steam you can try a files integrity check in the game properties menu to see if anything is missing or corrupted with your game build. What changed recently with your install/PC? Updated graphics drivers, new hardware, etc?
yea I’ve tried verifying integrity of game files and it says everything is alright. and i haven’t gotten any new updates on my laptop it’s just not responding after the 343 industries opening. is there a file that i should get rid of so that it could finally pull up the main menu
will there be an update to the game to prevent this from happening?

, tengo el mismo maldito problema, solo que el mío es a través de la tienda de winwows y no de Steam, comienzo el juego y aparece el logotipo de 343 industries y luego el logotipo de xbox, pero a partir de ahí solo aparece la pantalla de carga de halo con su logotipo en la parte inferior derecha espero poder encontrar una solución
