Every time i try to load up something it crashes and sends me back to the dashboard. I bought the game new today and i have yet to make it past the menu. Ive tried uninstalling and reinstalling it but it still crashes. What can i do to fix it?

Same issue. Also trying to play the game for the first time. Crashes and crashes some more.
got the game on Saturday and not been able to play because of the same issue, I tried reinstalling twice but no difference.

I managed to fix my problem I think the issue was my disc. What I did was;
- Completely uninstall the game and do a cache reset on the Xbox (hold down power button till it powers down then take the power cable out the back for a minute, then plug back in and power back on)
- Put Xbox into offline mode (settings > network > go offline) and then I borrowed my friends copy and installed the disc while offline.
- Go back online and install the update, tested with my old disc and it worked fine.
So i think my problem was my disc, I am going to change the disc I bought. My disc will now load the game but only because I installed the game using my friends disc.
