My game keeps crashing every 30 seconds and sends me to the dashboard. I have hard reset, and uninstalled and reinstalled game. Continues to have the same problem. Any suggestions?
Having the same issue. Can’t play online or campaign. Sometimes it just freezes with the audio still playing in the background…

So I was very far in the campaign but I’ve reached a point on the 15th mission where every time the game always crashes I’ve changed the difficulty and everything nothing has worked. I just barely re did the entire campaign again on a different difficulty and nope the same thing happened made it to the exact spot and the game crashes this happens when the loading thing at the bottom left fades away. Please fix these crashes 343 I will greatly love y’all. And yes I was playing solo.

No, I’m not. I tried a physical copy didn’t work. unistalled it and deleted all data and update. Bought a digital copy and installed that and still the same issue. Not sure why. It doesn’t seem like it’s a wide spread issue…

I have done exactly this. Bought a physical copy today uninstalled and reinstalled, still unable to play. I’m still having the crashing issue. I’ve also tried on a new account and this also didn’t work. I’m out of ideas to fix it.

Also I am not on the new Xbox One Dashboard. Still the old one.
Where r u 343 please roll out an update on bug fixes for the game! Worry about ur campaign fix the story u made!
Same issue here. Within a minute (according to the game timer) 5 times in a row.
The community is jumping through hoops trying to get this game to work.
Point is, EVERY other game works, EVERY other multiplayer works.
This issue is on 343i’s end, period.
I’ve been having the same lagging problems since launch and internet is clearly not a problem. I hope they have an update really soon.

At least you can play with lag. I am unable to play the game at all. No campaign, no multi-player. I basically Pre-ordered the game to have to wait an extra few weeks to play it.
Come on 343 I really want to finish ur campaign I hope u brilliant guys and gals r working hard to fix the issues but please fix it soon and respond to our messages so u can keep us up to date on what u doing to fix these problems that would be so sweet of u guys and gals and thank u for making a game we all love:heart:

Any updates? I would really like to play the game, I still can’t get past the first 5 minutes of campaign
