Game is stuck downloading at 10%

I got the game 3 days ago (not on disk) and the download is pretty consistent until it gets to 10% then it just comes to a complete stop and doesn’t show the MB/s. It continues to say it is installing but it doesn’t move from 6.6 GB. It eventually says the download stopped. I’ve tried hard restarting my Xbox and re tried the download multiple times, but it still doesn’t work. Anyone got a fix for this?

Also I forgot to say earlier, but my download speed would be a consistent 30 MB/s up till 10%.

try letting it just run, sometimes it looks like it’s stopped but does pick up and finish installing after a while
