I deleted and re downloaded the game, thought it would help but It will not load past the start screen. You know the “press start” screen. Lol just curious if anyone is having this issue. My other games are working fine. This is not an issue with my system.

Sometimes it takes a while. You just have to be patient with it. The game will load up eventually.
N7 is right, the game can take some time to load up on the start screen. If it keeps failing to load quickly or not at all, you may need to open up a support ticket for further assistance.
Try waiting a while.
or if you haven’t tried already a Hard Reset.
hold you power button on the console for 10 Seconds. It’ll turn off. Take the power cable out for 2 mins and start up the console again.

No, OP is right. For some reason the game won’t load past the start screen on accounts that have been on my Xbox for a while (like a few weeks or more). I’m not sure why it does this, but it only seems to do it on accounts that don’t own the game. For example, both my brother’s main account and my own work just fine with no issues (we both own the game), but as soon as you sign into a smurf account you’ve had for a while it won’t load past the start screen. It’s really bizarre. Hard resets don’t work and neither does reinstalling the game. And yes, I’ve pressed Start and then let it sit for close to 30 minutes without it loading.
