Every playlist is laggy as hell. anybody else having problems?

EVERYONE else is having this problem. They removed region lock so now you can find games across the world. I made multiple threads on this. Thankfully the next update will have matchmaking preferences.

I am getting some lag spikes but nothing completely game breaking
