Just got anniversary and this game is yoink!.. like its halo reach 2.0 and that was a fail. Like come on 343 where is the new ranking system and game play? Its just the same as halo reach and your going to charge like 40 dollars plus for this game like come on… in my eyes halo reach is a epic fail and ruined the halo series.
Like dont get me wrong the story line in halo one is great and with the better graphics it looks real good but the game as a whole is not worth 40 dollars plus.
I hope halo 4 has the old ranking system (1-50)no bloom, no dmr, and no armor abilities cause these things arnt halo and runined halo reach. If i wanted to play a game with these things i would go play COD or something similar.
And Ps: This is my point of view and ive been playing halo since the first one and loved it but i just want better for the game and not see only 30 000 people online cause thats a really sad number and ever since halo reach came out the number of people that are online has plummeted.

Well, since you asked nicely… Like I said to someone else, you should have researched on the game before buying it… You DO have an internet connection and have for a while, I would assume.

It is a remake of Halo CE. Plus a few extra thing thrown in like new maps for Halo Reach, skulls, terminals etc.

sure but the game should not be 40 dollars plus and i bet me saying that people are going to comment that i am cheap. But its not that i just thought there will be more things with this game like a new ranking system or something along those lines but i guess not.

Sums it up. You expected a lot for a remastering, but got disappointed.
now i don’t know about the rest of you but i realty was looking forward to the halo ce multi-player and i am really pissed of that they could not put that in the game wtf if i want to play reach multi player i would put reach in but i would like too play the original game play online i know we all are tiered of people saying we want the pistol brought back and yes i am one of those guys but i also wanted the shotgun brought back so why couldn’t for they bring it back for the fan just in case now i don’t know if they will but wtf why couldn’t they release it with the game

^ play halo pc, and also they couldn’t do halo ce multiplayer for multiple reasons, such as there was no network code for halo ce’s multiplayer, they didn’t want to split the reach community. etc.

This a small project on the side for the Halo fans.
We already have Halo Reach MP, Halo 3 MP, Halo CE (PC) MP and Halo 4 MP coming up. Do we really need to split the fan base up that much?
Eh, just play the Anniversary classic playlist where a lot of the Reach stuff is removed. Anyway, you know Halo 4 is coming out next year, they can’t split the community between Reach, Anniversary, and 4. With them as close together as they are you’ll wreck the possibility of having high numbers of players in one Halo game. So Anniversary is treated as a in-between release, not a core title, by necessity. But look at the bright side, the last in-between core title release (ODST) only had 3 maps with no change to the gameplay at all. So you’re still getting a lot for it not being Halo 4. And at least you got the $20 discount at all. It just depends on what you’re comparing it to. Remember, this isn’t Valve, it’s a developer owned by Microsoft. What are you gonna do? By the time you’re finished with the campaign and you’ve gotten tired of the new maps, it’ll be time for the Halo 4 open beta. And that’ll probably be more like the first 3 Halos than Reach was.
i am one of those guys who payed halo ce when it frist came out but not just for the campaign but for the multi player. alot of the guy i payed with are over sea and to be honest that is alittle too far too system link don’t get me wrong i still have the original but -Yoink- how the hell am i supposed to us the mp this game for me wasn’t so much about the campaign but being able to play the original with out the -Yoinked!- up shotgun or the messed with pistol why the -Yoink- could they not give us that

Game is disappointing to me too… I like the campaign… but as far as “Classic Slayer”… I didnt notice the BLOOM in freaking CE… must have missed that… and my grenades feel like they have down syndrome when i throw them… garbage playlists
