Game installed but not installed

I tried to search around if this was problem that was known or solved but couldn’t find anything. I launched the game and when I try to play a match online or launch a campaign mission it says that the halo games are not installed I decide to check in manage installed halo games in the settings and it says that they are all installed so I uninstalled the game and reinstalled thinking that would fix it and yet everything is installed but it says that none of the games are installed

I would really appreciate if someone can help me I haven’t been able to play for weeks because of this.

Hola tengo un caso similar, lo que sucede fue que me pidió una descarga de 6gb la collación del jefe y maestro, después de que terminara de instalarse, me aparecía que no podía jugar por problemas de internet, lo cual se me hizo raro ya que no tenia problemas con el internet, ya después me aparecía que lo mandara a porta papeles, lo mande y ya no se encontraba en ese lugar, me metí a Microsoft store para instalarlo y no me deja. Alguna sugerencia?. Gracias
