Game Idea: Spartan Insurrection

SPARTAN INSURRECTION
This is my idea for a New Halo Game that’s not one of the main titles. More of a Reach on steroids. Everything is realistic, vast and gameplay is tough. Heroic is legendary, legendary is mythic.
Odst must use cover, team commands, stealth, trickery etc to win battles. Spartans need to strategize around their strengths to win.

Halo fps with Spartan 3’s 4’s and ODST.
Fight the Roque Spartans and take control of their bases. Eliminate their hold on planet Jadium and neutralize the 4 Rougue S2 in Command
Character’s
ODST: Orbital Drop Shock Troops

  • Odst can use Drop pods as stationary hovering sniper pods/nests on initial drop.Franky: Sniper
    “Janky Frank” is an ODST Sniper with a long service record and a slew of secret protypes. Black Ops and Headhunter working ops with Spartan 3 and ONI. Upgraded sniper drone follows and protects. All weapons are modified for increased range, accuracy, and stealth. Active Camo for a reasonable time with recharge.
    Dmr/Battle Rifle Hybrid
    Smg/Assault Rifle Hybrid
    Homing frags: follows a target similar to plasma grenades when reticule is red.
    Odst Vehicle Expert
    Gunnery Sergeant Rich
    Advanced comms allow for maximum unsc vehicle integration.
    Passive Wheelman ability.
    Vehicles piloted will be faster, their weapons range extended, and the shots fired are faster. Wheelman stacks with more than one player in a vehicle who has Wheelman.
    Rich can afford to outfit even baseline scout vehicles with upgraded weapons.
    He has 6 smaller frags in on his belt at spawn.
    Drops with Silenced Smg and Recon Pistol. Can shoot with pistol or Smg while driving ground vehicles.
    ODST Sergeant Horne
    Anti Aircraft Odst
    Drops with a 4 round 2 tube spnkr rocket launcher with extra ammo (16). Has 2 plasma grenades. Homing for infantry and very long range, rockets are faster to target And inflict emp damage on impact. One of these stalls a vehicle two stalls it for longer and four rockets is a kill against most air units. Horne can perform an emergency high jump to avoid ground vehicles and to hijack aircraft thanks to his limited Spartan tech integration.
    Has a 3 round burst pistol

    Spartan Donny Stealth Expert m Spartan 4 Medic
    Spartan Donny “Darko”
    Spectral assassin and emergency medic. His suit is imbued with his own brand of Thick black smoke which heals friendly units with nanobots. Smoke can be used to deny visuals on an area momentarily and heal allies. Nanotech heals friendly vehicles in a small radius. Spawns with silenced Assault Rifle and a Low sound low kick BR.
    When he runs out of ammo, his flamepod gauntlet attachment is engaged for medium-short range Flamethrower until New weapon is scavenged. Donny has no filter and quick wits, he is quick to enrage enemies into his trap.
    Spartan James Ultra Heavy
    Spartan ll
    Spartan 2 with Orion augments.
    A hulking mech spartan the size of Jorge from Reach.
    Has Spartan 1 and 2 Hybrid armor with Gauss Splazer Hybrid turret mounted on his back and left shoulder. Has 2 fire modes, automatic and Hellfire. Has comparable firepower and shielding of Orion suits, with a slimmed down profile and weight ratio. Can hover momentarily. Has a passive, homing grenade launcher that fires automatically via robotic arm AI.
    Melee is devastating.
    Spartan Hawk Firebird Scout
    Spartan 3
    Equipped with cutting edge jetpacks and Dodge Boosts. This nimble Spartan is capable of Parkour style manuevers, super jump, and can Sprint for longer and faster. Can remain airborne and Dodge for 20 seconds straight. Grav boots allow for vertical wall climbing/ running.
    Slightly lower shields which regenerate faster. Spawns with Dmr and Spnkr mini rocket launcher.
    Spartan Ghost 214.
    Promethean Head Hunter
    Spartan 4
    Outfitted with the latest reverse engineered Promethean Tech, Spartan Ghost employs teleportation tactics and range. Teleport exit can be set ahead of time for immediate extraction to a safe area. Teleport Takes a full second and grants a tiny window of invulnerability, followed by shields going down
    to .5 for 3 seconds.
    Can employ varied situational holograms to distract enemies. Ghost has a passive but weak camo. Armed with an Incineration Cannon and a Saw Rifle.
    Losing all ammo makes Ghost pull out his hidden Plasma Sword prototype until another weapon is picked up. Sword is shorter and cloaked.

Noble 6 - Hyper Lethal Vektor
Spartan lll (|| Armor)
Noble 6 reloads faster than most.
He can carry 2 heavy firearms, and can dual wield most basic weapons(AR, BR, SMG, Dmr Pistol)
Noble 6 is authorized one Sabre Airstrike on enemies per every 15 kills. 25 kill streak grants Mac Blast with Target locator.
Running out of ammo in both weapons makes 6 pull out his Buck Knife for Stronger melee.
Spartan David - Ammo and Support

David has decent shields and an active short term invulnerability similar to Heavy Metal and Armor lock. David uses multi ammo variants of weapons and carries lots of extra ammo for allies. For example his custom smgs can fire pistol rounds and vice versa.
His AR can use Dmr ammo and the reverse too.
Drops with Smg and Pistol. Carries 6 frags and can drop ammo boxes for nearby allies. Invulnerability slows him down dramatically, but negates most if not all incoming damage.
Spartan Elizabeth Tech Specialist

S287 is a super genius with unprecedented hacking powers.
Given time and cover, She can remotely link into enemy vehicles, and control them for a while. The enemies are still trapped inside, but she has the wheel. When hacking, a friendly Sentinel/Unsc Drone hybrid will drop a shield around her. Will attack nearby enemies until she is operational.
She can reroute power systems on vehicles she is physically inside of to sacrifice speed for damage or conversely damage for speed.
Her Sentinel Drone attaches to vehicles she is driving or riding in to generate an overshield and/or add extra firepower.
Spartan Alphonse Close Range
Spartan 3 Expert
AL is your best friend in close quarters. Equipped with a semi auto shotgun that stuns at close range. Has a silenced mod of Combat Evolved Pistol.
Starts with 4 homing frags.
Berserk mode gives him a burst of aggression, causing him to run faster and melee harder. Killing sprees in Berserk mode allow this mode to last longer and very slowly get stronger. In Berserk mode Al pulls out his Smaller customised Gravity Hammer and crushes everything that made him angry.
Berserk mode makes him temporarily mentally unstable afterward, and requires a very long cool down.
Spartan Jack Pistol Marksman
Spartan ll
Jack is addicted to pistols almost as much as he is to killing Promethians. Jack refuses to fight without his special brand of pistol.
His main variant is the Sniper class pistol with low rof but high Damage and range.
His other pieces include the 4 round burst dampened pistol, the full auto spray and pray with super long clip, and the Plasma Magnum which fires like a Magnum but stings like a Plasma Pistol.
Needler Magnum can super combine.Jack starts off with 4 Promethian Grenades.

    Rogue Spartans:

    These Spartans are originally Spartan 4’s who hijacked Spartan 2 schematics and Engineered their suits to exceed performance Standards.
    Their suits have 2X passive overshield, but recharge much more slowly.
    The Rogue faction was undiscovered for a relatively long time. Their bases are heavily defended, Scattered Mac Cannons and Vehicle Factories stick out upon the green surface of Rebel planet “Jadium”
    Their colony had managed to reverse engineer a fair bit of covenant tech to fit their needs.
    Soldiers Planetside have had lots of training fighting other rebels in secret for resources, the covenant factions that didn’t join with The Arbiter, and remnants of the flood they searched and destroyed.
    The Rogue faction has put a vast amount of time and resources into concealing themselves from the UNSC, as well as reverse engineering Spartan 4 tech to be given to most higher up Soldiers.
    Their version of Spartan 4 tech is noticably less powerful and durable, but is cheap enough to outfit 400+ Rogue Marines. This combined with their peculiar covenant weapon hybrids and tech integration makes them nearly impervious to normal Marines (without large vehicles).

I don’t need to hear it’s unbalanced even once. A good developer could in theory incorporate everything I wrote and still retain balance.

Sabers aren’t jet fighters. They’re exoatmospheric superiority fighters.
Also; if 4 S-IIs went rouge (considering there is a grand total of seven active that the UNSC has access to, with Red Team considered KIA and stuck on the Ark) the UNSC would nuke the planet flat. Burn it to the ground.

Due to how much resources the UNSC have compared to these Rogue Spartan-IIs (don’t know how they would suddenly go rogue), the UNSC would easily win. They wouldn’t bother trying to kill them with conventional means of troop deployment, they would just drop a nuke or two and call it a day.
