Dear 343 industries,
I am making this post in regards to the fact that my game history on Halo 5: Guardians has not updated since the 7th of April, 2017. Usually this would not be much of a concern to me. However, in this case, it has caused me to be discharged from my Spartan company due to inactivity. I am hoping that there is something you can do to resolve this issue. Please respond to this thread at your earliest convenience.

Did they discharge anyone else? Surely your company would have realised game history wasn’t getting tracked.
Yes, but im pretty sure it was because they were actually inactive. Some of the names in our roster ive never seen online once in the entire year I was in the company. They were just doing a cleanup and thought I was inactive along with the others due to my game history not being updated.

Can you get your self back in to the group? Possibly by providing them with evidence?
Yeah, I talked it over to the leadership and got reinstated. It would’ve sucked if I hadn’t because ive been grinding for the achilies helmet for about a year now and just to get discharged when we are at 98% progress…yeah. So all is well
