Okay, so to add to the bug count I’ve recently discovered (last night) that sometimes your stats aren’t tracked with random games.
For example, I was playing SWAT CTF on Skyline, of which I did particularly well. We won 3-0, with me capping all three and getting my first Flag Champion medal. So you can imagine I was pretty thrilled. But when I looked at my K/D for the game and looked at how it altered my career K/D, it didn’t even change. The victory didn’t even count.
Flash to me checking the Game History page here on the site, and it doesn’t even acknowledge that I played the game. Whether this a glitch on the site, a bug in the game, or both, the fans can only take so much of this. And if some of our games aren’t even being tracked, what’s the point?
Yeah this happened to me a couple of times. I’m not sure there is a solution to this.

As long as 343i continues to go without a support force to release updates and patches for the MCC, it will never happen.

Probably not, sadly. Wish all the bugs were addressed however that’s just wishful thinking.

They were doing an admirable job of it before Guardians was released, then they just stopped. No rhyme or reason, almost as if they refused to admit it was a failure.

If I was in their position I probably wouldn’t want to go back and touch the game. Also they now need to focus on their other future halo games, sadly. Though I would at least have a team of people working on the MCC to ensure one day it gets fixed. Not sure when that day will be though.
When Bungie had Halo, they developed/launched/supported Halo 3 for 3 years, developed/launched/supported both Reach AND ODST, all the while continuing to support and provide minor patches to Halo 2 before it’s inevitable shutdown in 2010.
If Bungie could continue to update a game that was released 6 calendar years ago at the time, that’s saying something. But 343i don’t even try anymore. Maybe if they updated their game as good as they moderate their forums, they’d actually earn some respect (reference).
