Hi, This happened on 09/24/2021 during the playtesting flight. I was tring to change the swap equipment from v to q(this was pre-assigned to “use equipment”) to game said something along the lines of key already in-use do you still want to change this, happened twice or thrice in quick successions and then the menu stopped responding (or stopped taking input) the game was still working but i was stuck on the menu with no way to exit it.
