GAME GLITCHING FREEZING CRASHING

1. What is the issue?
Constant freezing especially during cinematics
Freezing during gameplay
-freezes in the middle of battle
-freezes when I click on base
Screen went completely black when showing awards/achievements/scores screen
After quitting the game, it keeps saying “needs to finish installing or show ready to start before you can launch” but has already completed installation and updates

  1. game has been glitching during game play and customization for the past few days.(it wont cancel a match from the lobby either)

Start mission of Alice130 in campaign. After few seconds of video the screen freezes and I kicked out to xbox one main screen. Cant continue playing campaign. Very sad.
