I have continuely have to restart from previous save points as my game gets stuck on an objective, as in it tells me to go and do something but when I ping it I cant see where to go or what to do so I walk around for ages looking for what to do and come up with nothing so I have to reload the game from the previous save and start again, I have tried hard resetting my console and clearing the console cache, restarting the game heaps of times, I cant delete and redownload the game as I don’t have enough data quota with my isp and its slow as so it would take days to redownload. any help on this?

Cheers for the reply but I contacted them and they told me to go here and ask 
what I got from them is I need to exhaust all options to fix it, which Im pretty sure I have already unless someone has some miracle procedure I can do.
