What, when someone leaves a game in progress?
In that case, yes.
If it’s when someone leaves, it has to do with the engine not updating outputted frames to the display. The game is still running, albeit you can’t see anything that’s going on for 2-5 seconds until the engine catches up and displays new frames again.
