anyone else run into this? Start the game and right after you press start button and A button to bypass the update patch notes the game freezes. Sound continues as if we’re still going. This has happened several times since this patch’s and last patch. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling and it still does it. It’s intermittent so sometimes it works but it’s annoying as hell because I have to quit game and restart whole thing again. Any thoughts on what you can do to fix or is this an error with a bug?

I’ve had this happen to me a couple times, usually stops when I close and re-open the game.
Try asking the folks in the support forums, they will know more.

Drop down > Forums > support > Halo Wars 2.
I get this constantly. You just have to open and close the game about 3 times then it’ll work.
Moved to support
i have the same problem, closing and restarting the game fixes it for the next time, not a permanent fix however

New record, 5 times for me just now. This is almost as annoying as Forge.
Happened again. Is it too much to ask if I could get anything to work right in this game?

So frustrating. This still continues to happen. About 4 times today right after you press the start button. Game just freezes every time. Please look into this 343!!!
