Game freezes moments after launching

My digital halo 5 just flat out freezes and does a “crackling” noise and sends me to the xbox one guide. It does that moments after launching the game. I did all the common troubleshooting such as deleting and reinstalling the game and hard resetting my xbox. I even factory reset my entire xbox and it still freezes.

Please note that halo 5 is the only game that does this. All my other games work just fine.

I bought the game digitally and contacted xbox live and they told me to come here.

Any advice would be appreciated

Ditto minus the crackling. Most of the time I am waiting for a new game and decide to look through my REQs and the game just freezes and resets on its own. Recently it’s been happening more frequently and now including during game which just started with Anvil’s Legacy update. They might be independent issues but frustrating nonetheless.
