Game freezes Campaign mode

Installed on Xbox One S.
Applied the 56Gb update.
Started the game.
After the first cut-scene, the character starts to drop down. The game freezes at this point.

  1. Full uninstall.
  2. Power cycle.
  3. Installed offline.
  4. Started the game still offline.
  5. Instead of freezing, the game closes and bounces me back to the Dashboard at the same point.
  6. Full uninstall.
  7. Factory reset.
  8. Added external hard drive.
  9. Installed/applied the update on external hd.
  10. SAME PROBLEM!

To say that I’m frustrated with 343 and MS is an understatement. The game just won’t work.

Any help/suggestions are appreciated.

I could be missing something but isn’t h5 online only?
