Game completely freezes after pressing the menu or A button at the title screen (where you’re prompted to press the menu button to begin). Doesn’t load main menu, just stops. I completely uninstalled the game and re-downloaded it, same issue. Has anyone else run into this?
Same thing is happening to me, I’ve called xbox support. Which they have confirmed that other issues are happening like this, they’ve directed me to do what you have already done. Still no fix. I would love to get some reflection on this issue from someone who can help. 343? We need our halo fix!
Okay, update! I exchanged the game at GameStop. Same issue with new game installed.
Called xbox a 5th time. Last resort was to restore the console to factory defaults. This did fix the problem, however, you do loose all content on your console. You’ll have to install all games over again and download anything purchased online.
