Game freezes at main menu

Hi,

my game keeps freezing at the main menu and I’ve restarted Xbox multiple times. It gives me the spinning loading circle for a couple seconds then stops.

any fix for this?

Theres nothing you can do on xbox really if you actually wanna progress on your own character. I’ve tried literally everything bro, I guess 343 doesn’t care about people that have literally been playing their games forever.
