It may be a connection problem: playing cross platform from pc seems to be a bit annoying ( I have tried too, and after 30-90 seconds every match crashes, while on xbox it works perfectly ).
Disinstall and reinstall could fix this, but I don’t think so. Does your campaign work fine ?

I’m going to go out on a limb and say that it is your graphics card. Just because you meet the minimum requirements doesn’t mean that you’ll have a smooth gameplay.
Just lower the graphics settings n specially the shadow map size
