My XBOX freezes (randomly while I’m playing o r every time I die).
Already contacted XBOX’s support (cache cleaned, account removed and re-created, storage cleaned and restored) and they forwarded me to 343.
Any help ?

It’s a little funny, but that does suck. I have no idea other than to try something else or restart the mission. (I assume you’ve already done a hard reset)
Missiion restarted but nothing has changed. The game starts freezing or lagging every time I reach the mine. Hard reset already perfomed.
Oh no…don’t tell me Halo 5 is starting to break…
