I have tried to restart and get passed this but every time I try to enter the game and press the start button it will try to show the video and just freezes instantly and won’t let me skip it or do any thing can you help.
This is currently a glitch some users are experiencing in the beta, I’d recommend doing a hard restart (holding the Xbox button on your console until it turns off). If that doesn’t work then you might have to wait and try again later.
Same problem, been trying on and off for about 10 hours now now amount of Hard restarts or trouble shooting will get this game working 
Assume you didn’t bother reading the other 500 threads on this subject matter.
Well it didn’t work so unless they sort this game out I ain’t gonna play this -Yoink- game if it don’t even let me play it
