Game Doesn't Load

I just downloaded the game, and it doesn’t even boot up. All it does is display the Halo logo for 3 minutes, then it displays an empty window.
Why is this happening?

Found the solution

> Delete the Halo App (not Halo5 Forge) from your PC.
> {Windows Setting/Apps/Halo}
> Then download the new “Xbox Console Companion”
> Open the XCC and find the game list and then launch Halo5Forge from there.

Just delete the Halo app and load the game from the Windows menu.

I tried that and it didn’t work

There’s plenty of problems.
