Game disconnected me itself so I got a DNF game

Hi all,

I was playing and we were almost about to win then my game kind of crashed and I went back to the arena screen menu. And I los A LOT of CSR. Whom do I need to address to solve this? Coz I should have a victory and not a DNF which costs me a big loss in CSR. Link is below:

If you disconnected, you disconnected. There’s nothing anyone can do about it. Best advice I can give is do a hard restart on your console(turning it off then unplugging it will work) that normally fixes most connection problems. And if that doesn’t work then restart your router

343 never bothered check this which mean load of us end up with DNF rather than points, can be a real pain when it does it as the game finishes >:(

The other day I had a JIP but the screen was black. In the backround I could hear a AI Marine say something when he saw me, so I know I was part of a match. I disconnected myself and after a while I checked my recent games and saw that I got a DNF. The funny thing is the team I was on won.

Disconnects happen, I’m sorry, but you’re not going to get a refund to your CSR or anything else.

You were being carried. The only reason they won was because you disconnected unburdening them.

Ive had this happen too. Really annoying. I was able to fire and everything, just couldnt see. Mustve been wearing tracer helmet or something

Happened to me yesterday. I was really hoping my t’mates didn’t think I bailed on them even though we were winning at the time.

Lol still better than Seeker though…

You never get carried I am sure of :slight_smile:

This and I also recommend using a wired connection to your Xbox.
