Game Crashing...Why isn't there a bug/crash report?

Feel like the game crashes more today than previously. Anyone else experiencing the same thing? Worst thing is, 343i didnt include a crash/bug report so how do you know whats even causing it? Starting to impact my enjoyment of the game…

When the game keeps crashing in Ranked and it sucks…

Going to come here and post every time my game crashes…2nd time crashing since I posted intially. Went from D6 to D5 because of the last one…didnt make it back to D6 so may be down to D4 now…SUPER FUN

Actually…looks like I can’t continue this thread for today…my account has been banned  great…343i this really disappointing. All I want to do is play on a Friday night…

EDIT: Also…yes Graphics Card is updated and has been…343i let me know why my game is crashing

had this crash multiple times too. everything from windows to all drivers are updated. with a 2060, 32gb ram, and a ryzen 5 2600, i def meet the minimum requirements

Agree I had a great game of CTF on BTB, my team actually knew what they were doing, was almost to victory and the game froze then closed. All that time spent for nothing, would be nice to report it or something like that instead of going “oh well better luck next game”

I did some research and turned off Discord and Steam overlays which appears to stop the crashing. Sounds like they need to put that out there.

I play on PC. Please provide a crash report code for when Streets crashes to help us help you 343.

The Support link at the top of the forum is the reporting system. Scroll up to the top and click on it.

Here’s the link that employees and moderators hand out. I bet this one works for multiple languages:

https://aka.ms/HaloSupport

Here’s two English links:

https://support.halowaypoint.com/hc/en-us/articles/360036218972-How-to-Submit-a-Ticket

This provides no ability to report issues such as the prevailing crashing that happens on Streets in Arena. 343 needs to be proactively working with the community to fix problems like this before addressing all other community requests as this is at its core, ruining the game for many.

This is good information. But would be more helpful if the game created a crash file that could be submitted or sent after the game crashes. A lot of games provide this feature which makes it easier to track down known and unknown problems.
