So for some reason when I am playing online Ranked solo keyboard playlist (just the place iv been mostly as of recent) during the middle of a game it will just freeze for a second and then crash. I know many people have had similar issues and as far as fixes go I’ve done every possible option. It only happens when playing halo as well. Before recommending turning off overlays, hi-res dlc, ect just know that all that common stuff that has already been posted else where I tried. Before it use to be worse a couple days ago and then I updated my motherboards bios and for a couple days it seemed solid. But now its happening again and its really screwing me over when trying to enjoy the ranked game modes. I was almost onyx and after a loss happened the following game crashed and counted as a quit and i lost all of platinum 6 and am down to the end of 5 again. whole day of ranked wasted due to it. So i decided to save screenshots of the situation and wanted to submit a ticket to 343 but not sure what happened to that unless it was during Alp[ha testing only. I haven’t tried reddit yet and wanted to try my luck here. … only to see I can’t post them here now. Anyways I would really like help with this situation. specs off the top of my head are 3080Ti EVGA NVidia graphics card. not sure if any other specs need to be known but any help I would appreciate.
