Game crashing constantly

So every time I open someone’s gamercard in game, it gives me the “your fireteam has changed” error and boots me back to the main menu. From then on, games will randomly crash and kick me back to the main menu with no error message or warning. If I go to the dashboard, quit the game, and then go back in, it seems to be okay (until the next time I try to open someone’s gamercard). I’ve lost lots of REQ cards and stats (yeah yeah who cares but I suck and I need every kill I can get :P) because of this, because nothing I do in the games that crash count. I’ve also missed out on thousands of REQ points.

Could it be something to do with the new Xbox One Dashboard rollout?
I had two winning games in a row crash half way through and dropped 3 CSR ranks. That’s super painful as ranking up in team playlists while rolling solo takes a good while :S

Maybe so, I don’t have it yet, so maybe that’s it? I don’t know… If you google the “fireteam has changed” error message though, there are lots of results going back awhile, so I’m not sure.

I feel you on the ranks, I’ve been afraid to even touch Arena because I don’t want to drop and make my team have to go 3v4, and I don’t want to have those drops/losses on my record =/ sucks.

After waiting an hour for the new update to load today the game now keeps crashing me out of the game back to the xbox home screen.
When I go back in & try to resume it crashes again, but if I take the option to load the last check point it works, but then soon crashes after a few minutes play.
I am at the Re-Union mission and now fed up, any advice would be very grateful.

I am having the same problem, game keeps crashing since the Update from yesterday. I was on the phone with XBox One support about this. We tried a number of things… cleared the cache, changing the dns, even deleting my profile and adding it back in.

The only thing we did NOT try was uninstalling and re-installing the game. Has anyone tried that??? Thought I would ask before I tried it???
