Game crashing and going out of sync on Series X

This has been happening more often since the latest update. It seems to be atleast 20 percent of my games are crashing or going out of sync. Anyone else?
I noticed it after I upgraded to series X

There’s a few threads on this. Only way to fix is to play on Xbox one. 343 have abandoned this game.
