Why does halo 5 crash after a custom game ends or if I’m in the dashboard sending a message while the game freezes from someone leaving, it will crash.

I love this game. I always play Halo wars 2 but since month on i am having a problem, during the game right in the middle of the game suddenly crashes and kick me out causing the lose of game, isn’t fun, please help me
Oddly enough, I had the game freeze on me the other day. Hasn’t happened in a long time. It was just that one time, hasn’t happened again luckily.
