Halo 5 randomly crashes between matches its happened to me a few times over the last couple of days, where i will open a REQ pack after a match and the game will get stuck in the menu say its loading the next match and then just crash.
Try one of the following options:
- A hard reset of your Xbox (hold down power icon on console and wait for the fan to go quiet) - Clearing your alternate MAC address in advanced network settings - Restarting your internet router

The game is broken as far as the post lobby is concerned. Closing the app and restarting it is the only solution if you encounter a freeze, until 343i fixes the issue (if they ever do; they’ve tried at least twice already and it hasn’t worked). All other solutions presented to you for this issue do not work, and are a waste of your time if you attempt them.
