Game crashes when opening req pack

I seem to be getting kicked out of halo guardians when I try and open req packs. It sends me back to dashboard and I have to load the game again. It socks because I didn’t get to see what was in the opened pack. Anyone else experience this?

Not every time, but it does happen. I switched to a wired connection, because the connection to MS servers is very fragile.
