Hello,
I am currently unable to play the game as I am crashing to black screen before I can finish any campaign mission or multiplayer matches. I am able to start the game and initially connect to any game mode but during the match or mission I will crash to a black screen. With help from a friend I figured out I am still able to control the units and I still hear the audio of the game but the screen is just black.
I have searched for a solution to this issue but found no helpful posts that fix the problem. I have uninstalled and re installed the game multiple times. I have reset the app data through the settings menu. I have the game running at the lowest possible settings for all options and the issue still persists.
This is really frustrating as when the game crashes even after closing the game out entirely my computer runs very rough, to the point that I need to reset the computer to get it to run normally again.
Any information or help is greatly appreciated.
