Maybe hard reset your Xbox One? That’s a fix for most issues like this.
However, I have not had that issue. I hope you find a fix for it though.
The game has been crashing since before the update for me. However, it seems to be happening more often after the update.
Pretty common for any update. Hard reset your business.
I did a hard reset and reinserted the disc. Worked for me
