Game Crashes on Startup

When I start Halo 5 on my Xbox Series S, the game crashes before the main menu can load. It has never worked once.

The game worked fine on my old Xbox One but not for Series S. I reinstalled the game and hard reset my Xbox but nothing has helped.

Not sure what to do.

I think this might be an issue caused by Quick Resume. Restarting your Xbox seems to fix the problem, but I don’t know if you can do a proper restart on the Series consoles (still using a One X). The only method I know of is to unplug and plug it back in.
