I have just completed the protector commendation and was pretty proud of myself. Then once I opened my pack the game crashed and I went to my Xbox home screen. I went back to Halo 5 and saw that I had not received my pack. I feel bummed out even though it would have been a rare emblem. Please 343 help me get my pack back!!!
