Hey, so I’ve had this issue since launch and I haven’t found any solution to it yet. So, I’ll install the game. As it loads up and I get past the initial home screen, the game does some sort of cloud back-up/sync and I am placed into the main menu. At this point, within five seconds, the game completely crashes. I’ve had to set the game to border-less window, since this crashed completely blackscreens my PC if I try to Alt-Tab or Control-Alt-Delete into Task Manager. Rarely, a contentious achievement unlocking ping will go off on the side if I could successfully get away from the game. I’ve also seen that my “gamertag” at the top right changes from my pre-made emblem and customization to a standard blank tag.
I’ve found that sitting at the initial home screen, and waiting nearly a minute gives me some short time in the main scree, but loading into any game options or settings causes a crash. I’ve also tried launching the game without Easy Anti-Cheat and the game still crashes. My PC plays most modern games at 60 fps with high graphics, so to thing that the game is too intensive for my rig seems a bit much.
Has anyone else experienced this with their game? I’ve heard that the Gamepass/Microsoft Store version is bugged, but hat people have found minor work around and I can’t find any solutions online. Any help would be very much appreciated.
