Ok, I finished a War Zone match and I tried to buy a Golden REQ pack while I was waiting for the next, the game then crashed, I reloaded the game and I found out that my REQ points were indeed gone but there wasn’t any new stuff, I’ve already tried to fix it with Xbox Support but their means just didn’t work, then they gave me a link that brought me here, so, can anyone help me please?
Happend to me too, only a silver…
However It is visible in the “Open Reqpack” section. I can’t open it, just says “Req pack already opened”, which is technically true but something happened and never received anything…
My advice don’t dwell on it and just keep playing. It is unfortunate but probably nothing can be done about it.
Eventually the pack contents will show up in your collection. Give it time.

On rare occasions, a REQ Pack will open without displaying the full animation. If this happens, the items will still be placed directly into your inventory. If the items are not immediately visible in your inventory, please perform a hard reset on your Xbox One and the items should be there. Additionally, if you’d like to check from your computer, the items should be in your inventory here on Halo Waypoint as well. We apologize for the inconvenience!
