So I was playing a 1v1 match against serina and the game started to get a little buggy, then the game crashed all together. I logged back on and now my rank has been reset and I am level 1 again? Can anyone help me out here? thanks!
DO a hard reset of your console OP, everything is safely store 343’s end so you won’t have lost everything. Will just need to resync with the server again to pull in all your info
