This is for sure a bug because I was going into matches of Recon Slayer to finish the challenge all night and it crashed however because of that the Ban system thought I restarted the game when it actually crashed so it gave me a 1 minute ban for no reason.
Another issue was the server of a match got disconnected so it got me back to the menu fine I can go into another match right? NOPE another ban just because the server match got disconnected.

It might’ve been a crash, but you left the game so that was the reason it banned you.
