Game Crash Trying to View Carnage Report

This is post update.

I started matchmaking for Halo 2: Anniversary and why waiting I tried to view my last carnage report which locked the game up, locked the sound, and crashed the game. It did not crash the Xbox. I was able to go back to the home screen and it reloaded the game.

Things to note:

  1. The game was just updated.
  2. I had not been in a match since the update.
  3. This is repeatable
