hi all.
halo5 its crashed many times when i playing warzone and arena, it just crash and return to xbox one home when i playing, especially when i playing warzone.
i will keep reporting issues when i encounting.

You might want to try a hard reboot/full shutdown of your Xbox one before continuing to play.

i shutdown xbox and unplug power everytime when i finished plalying, this crash happens manytimes in different days.
its programming bugs(maybe memory leak or null pointer or other) causing crash,
i don’t know if halo5 have crash report could see stack when game crashed, so i report it.
When I was playing a warzone match I was just playing like usual and it kicked me out to the home screen but it did not give pull up anything but one of the loading screen pictures and then just kept me there so I had to actually quit out of the game for it to start working I just thought I should report this to help make the game as good as it can possibly be
Try this.
Reset your router
Hard reset your Xbox
Use Ethernet
Set your nat to open.
This game plays much better wired. Cured most of the issues you describe.
I just switched and “upgraded” my internet from DSL to Comcast, (75mb speed now). Got the brand new modem dual band router from Comcast, the NAT type is set to OPEN and I’m Ethernet wired into the router.
Ever since I set up this new internet, I am being randomly disconnected, it doesn’t throw me to the XBOX home screen but instead throws me into a Halo “limbo” screen which looks like an empty matchmaking page, there are no options to select anything, but I can get in and do pointless things like check out my service record.
If i mash the buttons, it will somehow prompt the game to then move along and I will then get and error that “my fire-team has changed” and it will return me to the main Halo front page. I have been playing solo this whole time…wtf is going on…

Wired with open nat solved my disconnect issues. Xbl is having issues right now. Xbl status. Have you run the mp connection check in xbl settings?

I have run the check network status and it says everything is fine, dint know there was a separate MP specific check to run, ill have to try that when I get home. Reading around online it sounds like maybe the router/modem has to strict of firewall settings as default which I need to lower and maybe that will solve the problem…
