Hello guys,
i’m desperate because i’ve downloaded again the mcc, but after i press start on the menu the game chrases. i have uninstalled it and installed it again, two times now, but the game won’t start. i tried everything but nothing happened. The strange thing is that if I start the game with another profile, on the same xbox, the game start without problems. so i thought that was a data problem, but nothing again. i don’t know how to resolve this problem, also the microsoft support can’t give me a soluttion for this problem. i hope you guys can save me from this agony.

Have you tried deleting your saved game data? That’s the only suggestion I can come up with. If that doesn’t work, you may need to submit a ticket to 343’s help site.

EDIT: someone in another thread was describing a similar issue to yours and they suggested signing out of the Xbox app on PC and mobile. So, if you’re logged in to either of those on the same account, try logging out of them and then launching the game.

- yes, i’ve deleted every save frome the game but the problem goes on
