Game Crash in REQ Store in after-game screen

I have had this problem lots of times, and it always creeps up on me. This is what happens:

  • Finished game (anything in multiplayer) - Open up after-game screen with points and medals - Open up REQ Store with Y button - Open pack (any pack) - Before pack opens, game crashes and send me back to the dashboard - When returning to the game, the REQ pack has been opened, but can’t see what has been awardedThis can be extremely frustrating, could you guys please fix this?

I have had this multiple times but when I look through my reqs to find what I got it’s all the same so I just lose my req points.

I have the same exact error.

On rare occasions, a REQ Pack will open without displaying the full animation. If this happens, the items will still be placed directly into your inventory. If the items are not immediately visible in your inventory, please perform a hard reset on your Xbox One and the items should be there. Additionally, if you’d like to check from your computer, the items should be in your inventory here on Halo Waypoint as well. We apologize for the inconvenience!
